The University of Illinois Chicago Retzky College of Pharmacy High School Pharmacy camp (HSPC) is a half day, introductory experience designed to expose high school students to the field of pharmacy. Past participants have included individuals from Illinois as well as out-of-state high school students interested in the profession. We welcome a diverse group of individuals to apply to attend. With over 80 career paths in the field of pharmacy, High School Pharmacy Camp gives participants an opportunity to learn about traditional roles for pharmacists as well as novel opportunities you can pursue with a pharmacy degree! The Camp also includes a half day experience for parents, guardians, and anyone who may be a future pharmacy student supporter.

Applications for HSPC 2025 are open until February 15, 2025. Application updates will begin in January, but there are limited spots available so early submission is encouraged.

This year’s program will take place on Saturday, April 5, from 9am to 1pm on the UIC Health Sciences Campus in Rockford, IL.
