PHARMACY EXPLORE THE FIELD

No matter what area of pharmacy you pursue, the underlying theme of pharmacy practice is to help people live healthier lives. Whether it be in a community pharmacy, hospital pharmacy or the pharmaceutical industry, pharmacists play a major role is assisting patients, clients and other health professionals in the proper use of medications to provide the best outcome for patient health. In this camp you will engage in many hands-on learning opportunities that introduce different aspects of pharmacy and the critical thinking involved: patient safety, dosing, drug composition, drug interactions, patient assessment, and more. lecturers and a field trip to a hospital pharmacy are included.

This course costs $1900 through 3/31/2019 and then goes to $2050. There is a $300 application fee that is applied to the tuition and a $50 supplemental lab fee. Supervised dorm accommodations, recreational activities, and meals are included.
