The Emerging Pharmacist Summer Camp is designed to provide an opportunity for high school students, rising 10th– 12th grader, to explore the role of a pharmacist and the requirements of this career path. Students will have the opportunity to discuss college plans with current pharmacy learners and pharmacists. Campers will also attend SAT and ACT preparation sessions. Each student will have the opportunity to fill prescriptions in the Pharmaceutical Compounding lab. This program also serves as a recruitment tool for FAMU's College of Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences and the Institute of Public Health PharmD program.
